As a Field Equipment Technician, you will serve as a vital technical resource, responsible for the comprehensive evaluation, diagnostics, and repair of professional-grade construction machinery. • Perform hands-on diagnostics and repairs on a diverse range of electric, battery-powered, and gas-driven construction equipment.
• Execute equipment modifications and refurbishment tasks to maintain high inventory standards.
• Streamline the intake and processing of returned machinery to ensure rapid turnaround.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field sales and technical support, to resolve complex equipment issues.
• Utilize advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to restore equipment to peak operational status.
• Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of service activities to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Proven mechanical aptitude with a strong attention to detail.
