About the Role
As a Field Equipment Technician, you will serve as a vital technical resource, responsible for the comprehensive evaluation, diagnostics, and repair of professional-grade construction machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and performance, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Perform hands-on diagnostics and repairs on a diverse range of electric, battery-powered, and gas-driven construction equipment.

Execute equipment modifications and refurbishment tasks to maintain high inventory standards.

Streamline the intake and processing of returned machinery to ensure rapid turnaround.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field sales and technical support, to resolve complex equipment issues.

Utilize advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to restore equipment to peak operational status.

Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of service activities to drive continuous improvement.

Proven mechanical aptitude with a strong attention to detail.
