What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and bid packages for a wide range of projects.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify materials, labor, and time requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales, and field operations to ensure alignment on scope and pricing.
• Analyze cost data, vendor quotes, and historical information to support estimating decisions.
• Review and refine estimates to maintain consistency, accuracy, and profitability.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of estimating experience within construction, industrial services, or a related field.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
