We’re Hiring: Production Estimator / Associate – Exhibitions & Interiors

We’re a fast-growing exhibitions and interiors company, driven by creativity and precision. As we scale new heights, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic ESTIMATOR to join our team and lead the successful delivery of our projects.

Your Role as Estimator / Surveyor
You will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, taking accurate site measurements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring all project costs are well-managed from concept to completion. This role bridges both technical and commercial aspects of project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements for exhibitions and interior projects
• Interpret design drawings, layouts, and technical documents for estimating purposes
• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations based on materials, labour, and production requirements
• Liaise with project managers, designers, suppliers, and contractors to gather pricing and timelines
• Monitor actual costs against estimates and assist in cost control throughout project execution
• Support tender submissions and attend site meetings as needed
• Maintain a comprehensive database of rates, material costs, and subcontractor pricing

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying within exhibitions, interiors, or fit-out sectors
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, production techniques, and installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical documents
• Proficiency in MS Excel, estimation software, and basic project management tools
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• UAE driving license is a plus
