Construction Estimator

Review plans , specs , addenda , and all project documents to understand scope and constructability .

Perform Detailed Quantity Takeoffs across All CSI Divisions (00-00 , including labor , material , equipment, and subcontractor scope.

Prepare Firm lump-sum Estimates, budgets, and conceptual pricing when drawings are incomplete.

Break out the Estimates clearly by divisions and cost categories, ensuring accuracy and traceability.

Identify , quantify and communicate risks , clarifications , VE options , and scope gaps.

Maintain and improve Elder Construction's internal estimating templates, historical cost data, and unit pricing.

Collaborate closely with the President , Vice President , Project Managers , Chief Estimator , Designers , and Achitects durning the pre-construction phase.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
