Job Title: Estimation Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing material and labor requirements, and supporting project bidding processes. You will collaborate with project managers, procurement, and design teams to ensure competitive and realistic project costings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project estimates, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to develop accurate cost projections.
• Analyze historical data and current market trends to support cost estimation.
• Collaborate with procurement and design teams to optimize project costs.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Maintain records of estimates, revisions, and cost databases.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in [construction projects].
• Strong knowledge of estimation methods, project costing, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, Primavera, CostX, etc.).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
