Construction Field and Office coordinator

Are you a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are a growing construction company looking for a reliable, "get-it-done" Field & Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role designed to bridge the gap between our active jobsites and the office. You will be the owner’s right hand, helping to manage communications, logistics, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Communication: Semi-manage the company inbox, responding to client inquiries and scheduling requests with professionalism and speed.
  • Field Support: Visit jobsites to take progress photos, run essential errands, and ensure projects are moving forward.
  • Financial Logistics: Handle check deliveries/drop-offs and assist with basic data entry.
  • Bookkeeping: Use QuickBooks Online to help keep our records organized and up to date.
  • Documentation: Maintain project spreadsheets and reports using Google Drive and Excel.

Requirements

  • Reliability: You are someone who shows up on time and follows through on every task.
  • Professionalism: You represent the company brand whether you are emailing a high-end client or talking to a subcontractor.
  • Tools of the Trade: You must have a reliable personal vehicle and a modern smartphone.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, professional email etiquette, and QuickBooks Online (preferred).
  • Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision and solve problems on the fly.
