Construction Foreman

Job Purpose: To supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities, ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project timelines, and company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Supervise daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

- Assign tasks according to work plans and project schedules.

- Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment allocation.

- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies at all times on site.

- Conduct daily tool box talks and safety briefings.

- Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are achieved.

- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other site supervisors.

- Prepare daily progress reports and manpower attendance records.

- Identify site issues and take corrective action promptly.

- Ensure proper handling, usage, and storage of materials and equipment.

- Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and order.

- Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately.

- Support project management in meeting project deadlines and targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum High School Certificate or Technical Trade Certificate.

- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

- Proven knowledge of construction methods and materials.

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.

- Good knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
