Construction Foreman (Nationwide Projects)

Nationwide corporation seeking an experienced Construction Project Foreman to lead installation efforts and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Cold storage construction experience is a plus.

Traveling Construction Foreman. Our projects are constructed across the US and occasionally in Canada or South America.

Compensation:

When on a job site over time is provided typically at 14 - 18 hours per week.

Typical annual earnings $65,000+

• Company paid individual hotel or AirBNB accommodations

Work Performed:

• Oversee and assist in Insulated metal panel installation, rack installation and various finishes throughout the job
• Ensure work is being performed on schedule
• Follow all safety protocols on site
• Communication with owners, subcontractors and office personnel
• Responsible for construction equipment at the site and the operators
• Instructs field worker on how and when work is to be performed
• Reviews plans, specifications, construction data, and other contract documents to ensure the project is being built to specifications
• Oversees that work is satisfactory completed
• Attends meetings with parties to the contract concerning contract requirements, job conditions, progress, work quality, disputes, allocation of funds, and other problems
• Completes daily reports and maintains logs. Reports are completed on Procore.
• Performs related work as assigned and assists in project completion, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction foreman or supervisory experience
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience in cold storage (preferred, not required)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
