Job Title: Construction Head / Project Head

Location:

Based in Kerala (frequent travel to Kanthalloor and Pooppara project sites)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction / Project Head to oversee and manage all our ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction execution, and team leadership, with the ability to ensure quality, safety, timelines, and cost-efficiency across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and supervise all construction activities across Kanthalloor, Pooppara, and other project sites.
• Manage end-to-end project execution — from design coordination to completion and handover.
• Oversee site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site visits (travel between project sites required) and review progress reports.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Develop progress reports and present updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–20 years of experience in construction/project management (preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).
• Proven experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Kanthalloor and Pooppara sites.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
