Construction Helpers

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) as needed
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after work
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, cement, or mortar
• Hold and position materials or tools for workers
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
• Dispose of waste and maintain site cleanliness

Requirements

• High school or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
• Previous construction experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of workplace safety

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD90.000 - BD100.000 per month
