Construction Laborer

Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The Laborer will perform a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, including operating basic tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be willing to travel through New England.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform general site cleanup and maintain organized work areas
• Operate hand and power tools as directed
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers
• Assist with construction, installation, or maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Report safety hazards or equipment issues promptly
• Support other team members to ensure timely project completion

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills to effectively follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices; prior experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation to get to shop; punctuality is essential
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
