Construction Laborer

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our construction team. This position is ideal for someone who is a “jack of all trades” with hands-on construction experience and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various construction site tasks as needed
• Operate heavy equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience required
• Heavy equipment operating experience required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Team player with willingness to take direction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Grading experience
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety standards
