A General Labourer is responsible for performing physical tasks at construction sites, factories, warehouses, or other workplaces. The role involves supporting operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general physical work such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Assist skilled workers (electricians, masons, technicians, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Follow instructions from supervisors or site managers
• Help in packing, sorting, and organizing materials
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
• Report any damage, accidents, or unsafe conditions

Rules & Regulations

• Must follow company policies and safety guidelines
• Always wear proper safety equipment (helmet, gloves, shoes, etc.)
• Maintain punctuality and discipline at the workplace
• No alcohol or drugs during working hours
• Respect supervisors and co-workers
• Do not misuse company tools or materials
• Follow working hours and break schedules strictly
• Maintain honesty and integrity

Job Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle heavy work
• Basic understanding of workplace safety
• Ability to follow instructions properly
• Hardworking and responsible attitude
• Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexible for overtime if required
