Helper - Construction / Maintenance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction / Maintenance Helper to assist skilled workers on-site with various tasks. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction and maintenance tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Clean and prepare job sites
• Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.)
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance work as instructed
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Operate basic hand and power tools when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or maintenance is mandatory
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic understanding of tools and safety practices
• Reliable and punctual
