As a Construction Laborer, you will assist skilled tradespeople in executing high-quality work while gaining valuable experience across various aspects of construction. Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality standards.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and efficiently on-site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate project execution.
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as material transport, site cleanup, and debris removal.
• Contribute to masonry work including stucco, tile laying, flooring installation, and plastering to enhance building aesthetics.
• Support framing carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, and trim carpentry activities for diverse construction projects.
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working with concrete mixers, scaffolding, caulking tools, and other specialized equipment.

Experience

• Prior construction site experience or related hands-on work in renovation or restoration projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to read blueprints or schematics is advantageous.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or cranes adds value to your application.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, masonry techniques, welding practices, and roofing methods is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in tasks like tile laying or concrete finishing.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience with commercial driving can be beneficial but is not mandatory. Join us in building something great!
