Construction Laborer

Daniela Trucking and Grading Corp is a fast-growing company specializing in earthworks, grading, excavation, and paver installation. We take pride in delivering high-quality results to our residential and commercial clients across South Florida. We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Labourer to join our field operations team.

Position Overview:

The Labourer will assist equipment operators with site preparation, grading, and the removal and installation of interlocking pavers. This role involves physical work, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist operators with grading and excavation tasks on residential and commercial job sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and level surfaces for paver installation
• Remove existing pavers and debris as required
• Place and align interlocking pavers according to design specifications
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
• Support the team with general labour duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping, grading, or construction an asset (but not required)
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Able to take direction and work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
