Job Summary:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Helpers and Labourers to join our team. The role involves assisting skilled workers on construction sites, carrying out general labour tasks, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers as required.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
• Prepare and clean up construction sites (remove debris, dispose of waste, level ground, etc.).
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, sand, gravel, and mortar.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures under supervision.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations on the site.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or site manager.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction labour work preferred (but not mandatory).
• Physically fit, able to lift heavy loads, and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in construction.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and shifts as required.
