About the Role: A leading Saudi construction and engineering company is seeking a Saudi National Construction Lawyer to join their legal team. The role focuses on providing expert legal support across high-value construction projects, ensuring contracts and disputes are managed effectively under Saudi law.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and ancillary project documentation in Arabic.
• Advise project teams on contractual, regulatory, and legal matters.
• Manage claims, disputes, and risk mitigation strategies in alignment with Saudi law.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and contractual obligations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors on construction-related matters.

Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Law degree with professional qualification in Saudi Arabia.
• 5-10+ years' experience in construction law.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and contract frameworks.
• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
