About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Lead to oversee and drive the day-to-day execution of site activities across our projects. This role is critical in ensuring that construction works are delivered in line with specifications, timelines, safety standards, and design intent.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work progress aligns with planned targets.
Coordinate with Site Engineers and Foremen to ensure execution readiness.
Verify availability of drawings, materials, and manpower before starting activities.
Monitor site progress and report delays, risks, and blockers in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and support QA/QC inspections.
Implement corrective actions and minimize rework or quality issues
Enforce HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on-site
Submit accurate daily progress reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Support and guide site teams to improve performance and execution efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Technology
6–8 years of experience in construction
Strong knowledge of construction sequences, site execution, and material compliance
Familiarity with QA/QC processes and HSE standards on-site
Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate effectively under pressure
Strong communication and reporting skills
