Construction Lead Engineer (Electro-Mechanical)

Location: Multiple Project Sites across Pakistan

Job Description:

CDigital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Lead Engineer (Electro-Mechanical) to lead our engineering, supervisory, and technical teams in the installation of advanced telemetry system equipment across multiple nationwide barrages.

The ideal candidate will possess 5–10 years of proven experience in electro- mechanical engineering, with comprehensive knowledge of barrage structures and construction processes. The role demands exceptional leadership, advanced project management skills, and strong on-site execution capabilities to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

· Oversee installation, commissioning, and quality assurance of telemetry system equipment.

· Coordinate with project stakeholders, site management, and technical teams for smooth execution.

· Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and technical specifications.

· Provide technical support and guidance to resolve on-site challenges.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

· Proven experience in construction/installation projects involving barrage structures.

· Strong leadership and project management skills.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Willingness to travel and manage operations at multiple sites across Pakistan.
