Construction Litigation & Arbitration Senior Associate (5-9 PQE)

We seek a Construction Litigation & Arbitration Associate with 5-9 years' post-qualification experience to join a distinguished disputes team in Doha. The successful candidate will work on complex regional and international construction disputes, with a particular focus on major infrastructure and energy projects across the MENA region as well as globally

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle construction disputes through litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms

- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal memoranda

- Manage document review and discovery processes

- Assist in the preparation of arbitration proceedings under major institutional rules (ICC, QICCA, DIAC)

- Support senior lawyers in case strategy and client advisory

- Work directly with clients, experts, and local counsel

Requirements:

- 5-9 years PQE with a reputable law firm

- Common law qualification

- Strong academic credentials

- Experience in construction disputes and international arbitration

- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is highly advantageous

- Excellent drafting and analytical skills

- Willingness to travel within the region
