Construction Management Engineer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Management Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities across residential and commercial development projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage project execution from planning through completion, ensuring quality standards, timelines, safety regulations, and budget objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction operations on-site.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments.
• Identify project risks and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates for management.
• Support procurement and material approval processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction/project management, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management.
• Familiarity with Dubai building regulations and authority approvals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-rise residential or luxury real estate developments.
• Strong negotiation and contractor management abilities.
• PMP or related project management certification is an advantage.
