Construction Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to lead high-impact projects across the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, with added value from oil & gas sector experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial)
• Manage site operations, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all phases
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to align project goals
• Implement efficient resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare and review technical reports, schedules, and progress documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
• 7–12 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Gulf region
• Proven track record in infrastructure and building projects
• Experience in Oil & Gas construction is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction software
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and permitting processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
