Job Title – Project Engineer

To lead the development and delivery of integrated Department reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making, ensure transparency, and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboarding

• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools for enhanced visualization and automation.
• Consolidate data from different stakeholders to produce integrated and actionable reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, including variance analyses and forecasting summaries.

• Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns with baseline schedules.
• Monitor Resource Planning and perform root cause analysis for deviations.

• Ensure all reports comply with Client standards and contractual obligations.
• Maintain a structured repository of historical reports, change logs, and audit trails.

• Present findings to project managers, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Support project reviews, audits, and Stakeholder meetings with tailored reporting packages.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in project reporting, planning, or controls within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven expertise in reporting for large-scale capital projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP or similar ERP systems.

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to data integrity and reporting accuracy.
