As the Construction Manager, you will ensure the timely execution of projects while adhering to time, cost, and quality standards. You will be responsible for carrying out the work according to the drawings, with a strong focus on health and safety.
In this role, you will:

Delivery of construction projects in compliance with the approved construction schedule;

Create plans of action for the contractors and keep a close eye on cost control;

Execute work as per drawings, specifications, and appendices;

Oversea any hurdles, risks, and obstacles that may halt the progress of work;

Assist contractors by clarifying RFIs and work processes, and achieving key milestones, including fulfilling all monthly billing requirements for timely proceedings;
-
Acquisition of materials in a timely manner and their delivery from the employer, along with effective management of the site;

Ensure health and safety protocols are followed.;

Ensure quality workmanship, adequate manpower, and proper material utilization;
-
Monitor and provide timely updates on the progress of work to management;
-
Coordinate between Head office and Site.
Requirements

Bachelor’s in civil engineering.

Minimum 12-15 years’ Experience with construction.

Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and relevant regulations;
-
Real Estate Development Process: Excellent understanding of the full real estate development lifecycle, from land acquisition to project completion;

Building Codes and Regulations: Proficient knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes;

Project Management: Expertise in managing construction schedules, budgets, resources, and team coordination using relevant project management software;

Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting and financial management to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
