Construction Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our dedicated team, contributing to our mission of enhancing social infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the execution of diverse construction projects, ensuring they meet our stringent standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving project success through effective management of resources, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project requirements and scope
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations, design specifications, and quality standards
• Manage project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and oversee procurement processes
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress
• Ensure proper documentation of all project activities and maintain accurate records of contracts, reports, and invoices
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 15 Years' experience including 5 years' experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience
• Extensive experience in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and quality control procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
