Construction Manager

Purpose:

Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality residential/commercial units, focusing on finishing standards, and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring architectural designs are accurately implemented.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Monitor progress of finishing works (interior and exterior), ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve construction or design issues proactively.
• Manage resources, materials, and manpower to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Provide reports to senior management on project progress, quality, and any risks or delays.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to audit and approve completed units before handover.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 9 - 10 years of experience in construction management, with strong focus on architectural finishing delivery.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and finishing materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
