Construction Manager

Job Scope:

• We are seeking a very senior Construction Manager, immediately available, to take over and lead the completion of RO (Reverse Osmosis) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) installations.
• The role requires a high-caliber professional who can assess the current project status, establish a realistic schedule to complete outstanding works, and manage the commissioning phase to ensure successful handover.
• The Construction Manager will be responsible for restoring client confidence by producing a reliable completion plan and supervising execution until final commissioning.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a full assessment of current site progress and remaining works.
• Develop and validate a realistic EPC construction and commissioning schedule.
• Oversee the completion of all outstanding installation activities.
• Plan and manage the commissioning phase to ensure facilities are fully operational.
• Provide clear reporting to management and ensure commitments to the client are met without delay.
• Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and ensure EPC adherence.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Act as the senior authority on-site, ensuring no slippage on delivery.

Requirement:

• Proven track record as Construction Manager / Senior Construction Lead in EPC water treatment projects (RO & STP).
• Strong expertise in construction execution and commissioning of large industrial facilities.
• Ability to evaluate project status, define missing activities, and plan completion.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of regaining client trust.
• Highly resilient, hands-on, and result-driven - to deliver under pressure.
