Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction manager to oversee all phases of a construction project—from initial planning and budgeting to execution, safety, and delivery. They coordinate between contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure the project meets deadlines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Hire and manage subcontractors and site workers
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Monitor daily construction activities and resolve issues
• Approve and oversee procurement of materials and equipment
• Report progress to stakeholders and adjust schedules as needed
• Conduct quality inspections and manage final handovers

Skills and qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture
• PMP or other project management certifications (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction software like AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in infrastructure construction, including 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
