Position: Construction Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 15,000/month

Preference: Candidates with minimum 5 years of UAE experience

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage overall construction projects including schedules and resources.

Supervise and motivate site teams (engineers, foremen, subcontractors).

Coordinate with main contractors and ensure smooth site operations.

Conduct site inspections and maintain safety compliance.

Review drawings, monitor progress, and prepare project reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.

Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience in project management.

Strong leadership, communication & technical skills.

Sound knowledge of UAE safety and building codes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
