Responsibilities
- Able to search contact and secure contracts
- Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business in coordination with the Finance department.
- Develop and present project proposals in coordination with the Finance department
- Meeting with clients to find out their requirements
- Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
- Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
- Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
- Managing construction schedules and budgets
- Attending site meetings to monitor progress
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
- Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
- Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
- Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client's own representatives
- Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project
- Work both on-site and in the office
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Business field knowledge is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, including overseeing project teams and coordinating with clients for commercial & technical troubleshoots
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry in KSA.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Project management software and tools (Premavira)
- Proficiency in English
