Responsibilities
  • Able to search contact and secure contracts
  • Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business in coordination with the Finance department.
  • Develop and present project proposals in coordination with the Finance department
  • Meeting with clients to find out their requirements
  • Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
  • Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
  • Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
  • Managing construction schedules and budgets
  • Attending site meetings to monitor progress
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
  • Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
  • Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
  • Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client's own representatives
  • Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project
  • Work both on-site and in the office
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Business field knowledge is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, including overseeing project teams and coordinating with clients for commercial & technical troubleshoots
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry in KSA.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Project management software and tools (Premavira)
  • Proficiency in English
