- Lead and manage the construction management team during the project execution phase.
- Ensure full implementation of HSE policies and procedures to maintain an incident-free workplace.
- Review and monitor contractors’ construction schedules, manpower, and equipment utilization plans.
- Drive compliance with project specifications, company standards, and construction quality management systems.
- Interface with engineering, procurement, and vendors to ensure timely release of drawings and materials.
- Lead resolution of construction phase issues, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Review and approve construction reports – progress, safety, and quality – on a periodic basis.
- Ensure proper budget control and cost monitoring throughout the construction phase.
- Mentor, coach, and develop construction team members to build a high-performing organization.
- Represent Worley in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
