About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the construction phase of major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing large-scale construction works and proven leadership experience in PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Implement and maintain construction safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Manage risk, schedule, and budget issues, providing solutions to challenges on-site.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction of similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience as a construction team lead (or equivalent) on at least two similar PPP projects.
