We are now seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design, fit-out, and renovation projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project details using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry in the UAE.
• Strong network of clients and contacts within the real estate and construction sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
