Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale commercial and residential projects in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team.

- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Enforce safety, quality, and environmental policies on site.

- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

- Manage procurement schedules and material deliveries.

- Conduct site inspections and resolve any project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, codes, and regulations.

- Mentor and supervise site engineers, foremen, and labour teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.

- Proven track record managing mid to large-scale projects.

- Strong knowledge of local authority approvals and UAE building codes.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

- UAE driving license is preferred.
