Accountabilities

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, Determine the different phases of a project and their different scheduling based on baseline already established.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Manage contracts with Sub-contractors, vendors, architects, and any other necessary person(s.)
• Secure licenses and building permits, and deliver equipment and materials to sites under construction.
• Develop a detailed project plan Set benchmarks for effective monitoring/tracking progress of construction projects, ensuring its productivity and compliance.
• Ensure that issues that may arise in the course of executing a project, including weather condition or other emergencies, that may pose a delay in the project completion, are resolved.
• Ensure resource availability and allocating and, sourcing materials, equipment and manpower for carrying out assigned construction work.
• Adopt and implement all company processes/procedures involved in construction.
• Manage a group of workers; allocates tasks to relevant personnel and recruit a team when the need arises.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage budget for the construction controlling changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Education Background:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

• Related Field Experience: 12 to 15 Years of Work Experience in Infrastructure projects; out of which 10 years’ experience in leading a team of senior engineers.
• Overall Experience: 15 to 20 Years of Work Experience; out of which 10 years’ experience in leading a team of senior engineers.
