We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning to handover, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
• Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and Dubai Municipality regulations
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and implement strong quality control practices
• Manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager within the UAE (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, regulations, permits, and industry best practices
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary commercial or residential projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contractual documents
