1. Position: Construction Manager
2. Reporting To: Project Manager
3. Job Purpose:
Safely accomplish project objectives through planning and scheduling, resource allocation and management, cost control, technical direction, compliance with quality standards and procedures. Ensure the full responsibility of Construction Management areas: Human Resource Management, Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, Subcontract management, Material Procurement and Management of all Projects’ System Assembly
4. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the clear communication of the company’s Vision, Mission, Values and Goals
- Ensure Health and Safety is the first priority on site and is positively communicated at all levels
- Lead, direct, assist and support construction teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and
within the budget
- Study, evaluate and identify all tasks and risks from project undertaking, implementation and up to
the final completion of the project
- Determine labor requirement and arrange workers to construction sites
- Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with building contracts, safety and quality codes
and other regulations
- Prepare purchase requests for supplies and materials to complete construction project
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
- Confer with clients, consultants, design professionals and subcontractors to discuss and resolve
matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems
- Investigate damage, accidents or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper procedures are
being carried out
- Evaluate construction methods and determine cost effectiveness. Provide Project Manager with
timely identification of deviations from the budget
- Ensure that all construction works are undertaken in accordance with approved method statements
and inspection test plans.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety
regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory and meet contractual conditions of
performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to work status
Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish
according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates
- Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against
established schedules
- Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with
architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Hiring and supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
- Review of As-Built drawings, Snagging/Hand over inspections as per the requirement of project close
out.

- Productivity reports in junction with Sr. Site Engineers Reports
- Permanent Material Schedule
6. Reports Received:
- Daily Progress/ Productivity Report
- Daily KPI and other Productivity Tracking Reports
- Material Tracking/ Delivery Schedule
