Construction Foreman / Projects Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Foreman / Projects Supervisor to join our contracting company. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in managing construction projects from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and labor teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Enforce safety regulations and site discipline
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Solve site issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

• Proven long-term experience as a Foreman or Project Supervisor in contracting/construction
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read drawings and technical plans
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in residential and commercial projects
• Valid driving license
