Business Development & Projects Manager – Interior Fit-Out

We are a growing interior fit-out and renovation company specializing in commercial offices, retail spaces, and residential interiors. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can handle both business development and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new interior fit-out and renovation leads
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and project proposals
- Follow up with clients until deal closure
- Coordinate contract signing and project kickoff
Project Coordination & Management
- Coordinate with site supervisor, workers, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, scope, and timelines
- Monitor material procurement and site progress
- Handle variations, additional works, and client approvals
- Track project payments and coordinate invoicing
Client & Management Reporting
- Act as main point of contact for clients
- Provide regular project and sales updates to management
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in interior fit-out or construction (Qatar experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works (gypsum, MEP coordination, joinery, finishes)
- Experience in sales, client handling, and project coordination
- Ability to prepare or understand BOQs and pricing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
