Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and services.
• Supervise the maintenance of camp facilities, including accommodation units, dining areas, and other infrastructure.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality of all camp facilities.
• Manage the logistics of supplies, equipment, and resources needed for camp operations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with appropriate authorities as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on camp detailing camp operations, covering various aspects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in camp or facility management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a remote or isolated environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Candidate should be present in Qatar with valid QID.
• Available to join immediately.
