About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading main contractor based in Dubai. The successful candidate will have extensive high-rise building experience and a proven track record of leading site operations from mobilisation and enabling works through to practical completion and handover.
This role requires a hands-on Construction Manager with strong technical expertise, the ability to drive site productivity, and full ownership of construction delivery, sequencing, quality, and HSE performance across complex vertical developments.
Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with approved drawings and specifications

Manage and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and specialist trades to maintain program milestones

Drive construction sequencing, methodology planning, and logistics coordination to optimise productivity and minimise delays

Oversee substructure, superstructure, façade installation, MEP coordination, and finishing works to ensure technical compliance and quality standards

Monitor site progress against the master program and proactively implement recovery strategies where required

Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and UAE regulatory requirements, promoting a strong safety culture on site

Coordinate inspections, authority approvals, testing and commissioning activities, snagging, and final handover procedures

Report regularly to senior management on site performance, risks, manpower planning, and productivity metrics
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or a related field

Minimum 10–15 years’ experience with a reputable main contractors

Proven experience delivering
high-rise
residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers in Dubai or the GCC
-
Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle from excavation and substructure works through to façade, MEP coordination, finishing, testing, commissioning, and handover

Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority approvals, and Dubai Municipality requirements

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge (FIDIC experience preferred)

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
