Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction execution across projects
• Drive fast-track project strategies to accelerate delivery timelines
• Develop and control project schedules with strict adherence to deadlines
• Implement innovative solutions to reduce construction time and costs
• Ensure all works meet high-quality standards and specifications
• Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and site teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges on-site
• Optimize resource planning (labor, materials, equipment)
• Enforce HSE and regulatory compliance
• Monitor project performance, risks, and progress reporting
• Lead value engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management within contracting or real estate development companies
• Strong experience in fast-track / accelerated project delivery
• Solid technical knowledge in construction methods, sequencing, and execution planning
• Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and value engineering
• Ability to reduce project duration while maintaining or improving quality
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders (contractors, consultants, suppliers)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience preferred
