We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Project Manager
to lead our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, with proven expertise in road and bridge construction.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value projects.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong asset, particularly for stakeholder coordination in KSA projects.

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in multicultural and site-based environments.
Responsibilities:

Manage the execution of road and bridge construction projects, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards through effective oversight and leadership.

Lead stakeholder management by coordinating with the Employer and the Engineer to align project objectives, expectations, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee project teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations, fostering a collaborative environment for optimal performance.

Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, detailing resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication protocols to ensure seamless project delivery.

Continuously monitor project progress and performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and address any deviations from the project plan.

Enforce safety regulations and quality assurance measures on-site, conducting regular inspections to uphold the highest standards of construction practices.

Manage project budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability to maximize project profitability and minimize waste.

Lead regular project status meetings with team members to provide updates, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment with project objectives.

Prepare and deliver detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future steps.

Mentor and guide junior project staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
