Construction Manager

Job Summary:

The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities for an ongoing project in Al Khobar. The role ensures that project objectives are achieved in line with schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for the ongoing project

• Monitor project schedules, resources, and site progress

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements

• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delays

• Review construction plans, materials, and methodologies

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

• Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates

• Monitor contractor performance and site execution

• Implement quality control procedures on-site


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 14–18 years of relevant construction experience

• Experience managing construction projects

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)


Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage

• Experience in infrastructure or commercial construction projects

• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project

• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
