Company Overview

We are a sub-subcontractor in the Oil & Gas sector, delivering critical construction and engineering services across Qatar. We are seeking Construction Managers (Brownfield) to lead complex site operations while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with EPC-3 requirements.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager (Brownfield) will oversee modifications, tie-ins, shutdowns, and upgrades of live Oil & Gas facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise in brownfield execution, proven leadership, and compliance with SHES standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage brownfield construction activities with minimal disruption to live operations.
• Supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and SHES/QAQC teams.
• Develop execution plans and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and safety requirements.
• Enforce SHES and PTW requirements; conduct audits, inspections, and toolbox talks.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and document claims, delays, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12–15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, with proven brownfield project execution in Qatar/GCC.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of API, ASME, ISO standards.
• Certifications: H2S & Confined Space (mandatory), PMP/NEBOSH preferred.

Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, risk management, strong communication.

Work Environment

• Site-based within brownfield Oil & Gas facilities.
• Extended hours/shutdowns may be required.
