SAP PM/ETM Consultant

Role Overview:

Serve as the primary IT liaison for business units focused on asset and maintenance management. Align SAP PM and ETM solutions with operational strategy, lead SAP initiatives, ensure effective delivery, and drive continuous improvement. Manage stakeholders and mentor junior consultants to enhance SAP capabilities across maintenance and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with operations, maintenance, and asset management teams to understand business needs.
• Shape the SAP PM/ETM roadmap and advise on capabilities, trends, and best practices.
• Lead SAP PM/ETM project scoping, design, and delivery, including integration with core modules (MM, FI/CO, HR).
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and change management standards.
• Drive process improvements, upgrades, and S/4HANA migration initiatives specific to PM/ETM.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and mentor junior analysts/consultants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of SAP experience, with deep expertise in PM and ETM modules.
• Proven track record in SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects in asset-intensive industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA PM/ETM architecture and integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for maintenance and equipment tracking.
• Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA, IoT integration, and mobile maintenance solutions.
