Construction Manager - Facade

Construction Manager – Façade is responsible to oversee the full execution of façade and external envelope works across complex, high-rise, and large-scale developments. The role requires deep technical expertise in façade systems, exceptional project coordination skills, and experience managing specialist teams in a dynamic construction environment.

• Lead, plan, and manage all façade and cladding works from mobilization through to project completion.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved designs, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and coordinate engineering solutions.
• Monitor installation activities and ensure alignment with project schedules, safety standards, and regulatory approvals.
• Supervise the façade specialists team, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and workmanship standards.
• Manage inspections, QA/QC procedures, mock-ups, and material approvals related to external envelope works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews; generate status reports for management, clients & consultants.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices are strictly adhered to across façade work areas.
• Experienced in execution of GRC, Precast, Alu+Glass, Facade sector.
• Minimum of 10 years overall & 4 years managerial experience.
• B Sc. in Civil / Structural Engineering.
