Design Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Manager (Civil) being responsible for establishing, implementing &amp; managing quality assurance/control systems for GRC fa&ccedil;ade projects while ensuring compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, project specifications, and meeting local &amp; international codes &amp; standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, update &amp; maintain project-specific Quality Management Procedures, Quality Manuals &amp; Plans.</li><li>Conduct internal and external audits, including inspections of materials received from factory, and site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Ensure adherence &amp; compliance to industry standards, codes &amp; regulations and project specifications and standards.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities &amp; implement effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) in coordination with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Coordinate with production, engineering, and client/consultant representatives.</li><li>Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, NCRs, inspection records &amp; final dossiers for senior management &amp; clients, attending project meetings to discuss quality status.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.</li><li>Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.</li><li>Experience of 10+ years in QA/QC roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
