Project Manager

<ul><li>Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demand and deadlines.</li><li>Manage and allocate labor, raw materials, equipment, and facilities for optimal use, ensuring adequate stock levels.</li><li>Set and enforce product quality standards, monitor output, detect and correct defects, and implement quality control programs.</li><li>Identify inefficiencies, research new methods, and implement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.</li><li>Liaise and coordinate with supply chain, design &amp; engineering, finance, and other departments to align production with overall business objectives.</li><li>Maintain and improve the manufacturing mechanisms, including surveying and measuring the production, process, outcomes and profitability.</li><li>Responsible for manpower allocation in line with impending production and delivery targets.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Production Manager

<ul><li>Ensures that the design deliverables meet the quality standards, specifications, and governmental authorities&rsquo; (QCS, QCDD) regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage design changes and revisions, including assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and budget, and obtaining necessary approvals.</li><li>Identify design risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, minimizing any disruptions.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency within the design coordination process to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.</li><li>Determining whether a design solution is user-friendly, cost-effective and environmentally friendly, and developing solutions in case of any user problems and to improve production efficiency.</li><li>Experienced in Structural Analysis, BIM Coordination, FEA in GRC, Alu+Glass, Facade sector.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
