Project Manager

Develop and implement project goals, production plans & schedules, scopes & workflows to meet project demands.

Creating long & short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to work deadlines.

Manage and allocate labor, materials, tools & equipment, and facilities for optimum utilization of the resources, while identifying potential risks, anticipate delays, and implement mitigation strategies.

Liaise and coordinate with supply chain, design & engineering, finance, and other departments to align with project requirements.

Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as project milestones and deliverables.

Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.

Maintains company operational standard by implementing productivity, quality and customer-service.

Documenting projects process using various project management tools and effectively communicating proactively with stakeholders.

Experienced in execution of GRC, Precast, Alu+Glass, Facade sector.

Minimum of 15 years overall & 5 years managerial experience.

M Sc. / B Sc. in Civil Engineering with PMP Certification.
